Find missing crypto or a balance that has not updated

If a token or balance is missing from the Ramp Network app, first check where the transaction sent the crypto. A missing display, a pending transaction and a transfer to the wrong destination need different next steps.

  1. Open the transaction details in Activity or Transaction history, depending on the transaction.

  2. Check whether it is pending, complete, failed or waiting for an action.

  3. Compare the asset, network and receiving address with the wallet you are viewing.

  4. Refresh the view and reopen the selected holding.

A Buy purchase is delivered to its selected external wallet. Top up funds your wallet inside the Ramp Network app.

Check the correct network and wallet

Your Everyday Account uses USDC on Stellar. Earlier USDC on Base remains on Base and should be checked as a separate holding.

A watched external wallet is read-only. Its balance does not become spendable in your Ramp Network Wallet simply because Portfolio displays it.

If Portfolio reports unavailable or incomplete data, do not interpret a missing value as zero. Check the individual holding and transaction details.

The token is not supported in the app

A confirmed transfer to an address you control may exist on the blockchain even if the app does not display it. This does not establish that the asset is recoverable in every case.

Use the transaction hash to check the destination, network and token in that network's blockchain explorer. You do not need a recovery phrase or private key to view a public address.

Do not import your recovery phrase into another app just because a token is missing. Contact Ramp Network support with the public transaction details to help establish what happened.

I sent to the wrong address or network

Ramp Network cannot reverse a confirmed blockchain transfer. Contact support with the transaction details to understand the situation, but recovery is not guaranteed.

What should I send to support?

Include the transaction ID or hash, asset, network, receiving address, time and a screenshot of the issue. Never include your recovery phrase, private keys, passkey details or authentication codes.
