Where is my crypto purchase?

Open your purchase in Transaction history to see which stage is still in progress. A payment leaving your bank does not necessarily mean crypto has been sent.

These instructions apply to buying crypto through Ramp Network. A payout after selling crypto is a different transaction.

  • Easy Bank Transfer: around 2 minutes for GBP or 10–20 minutes for EUR.

  • Manual EUR bank transfer: around 10 minutes with SEPA Instant, or up to 3 business days with standard SEPA; some German-bank transfers may take 6–8 business days.

These are estimates for payment processing, not guarantees of crypto delivery. Bank schedules, weekends, holidays, verification, technical issues and blockchain confirmation may add time. Use a transaction-specific estimate when one is shown. No general PayPal delivery estimate is established here.

What does the verification or review status mean?

  • Verification required: Complete the requested verification.

  • Verification in progress: Your submitted information is being checked.

  • Transaction under review: Ramp Network is carrying out additional checks. Read the instructions and estimate shown for your transaction.

  • Final checks in progress: Final checks have not finished yet.

Check your email for requests for more information. A review is not the same as a failed purchase or an approved refund. Completing verification does not guarantee immediate approval or delivery.

Crypto was sent, but I cannot see it in my wallet

Check Destination and Network in the transaction details. Open the blockchain transaction link under Details when available.

If the transfer is still awaiting blockchain confirmation, network congestion can delay it. If it is confirmed to the correct address but not visible in an external wallet or exchange, contact that provider with the transaction hash. Check the correct asset and network in the receiving wallet.

I never returned to the confirmation screen

Check Transaction history before trying another payment. A closed window or interrupted redirect does not prove payment failure. If an authentication window is blocked, allow it for the genuine checkout page or try a supported browser after checking the original transaction.

When should I contact support?

Contact Ramp Network support if the displayed estimate has passed, you cannot complete a requested action, or the status does not explain the next step. Include the transaction ID, payment method and message shown. Never send your banking password, card security code, recovery phrase or private key.
