Send the requested transfer
Check the asset and Network shown in the payment instructions.
Copy the Amount. The instruction is Send exactly this amount.
Copy the Wallet address, or use the displayed QR code if your wallet supports it.
If a Memo or Destination tag is shown, copy that too. Enter both the wallet address and the memo or tag in your wallet, even if your wallet labels that field optional.
Review the details in your sending wallet and approve the transfer. Keep enough funds for the network or withdrawal fee.
Return to the Ramp Network transaction page to track receipt and confirmation. Keep the transfer hash from your wallet.
If your wallet says the address is invalid and Ramp Network offers a Memo or Tag tab, use that tab to view the address and memo or tag separately. Do not remove part of an address or guess the missing information.
Is a memo the same as my transaction ID?
No. A memo or destination tag is part of the crypto transfer details shown for that transaction. Your Ramp Network transaction ID or receipt number is for identifying your transaction; do not substitute it for a memo or tag.
My wallet or exchange charges a withdrawal fee
Check the amount that will actually be sent. Some providers subtract their fee from the withdrawal amount. Follow the providerâs instructions so the recipient receives the amount requested by Ramp Network.
I sent the wrong amount or forgot a memo
Do not make another transfer to fix it without instructions. Contact Ramp Network support with your transaction ID, transfer hash, amount, asset and network. A confirmed blockchain transfer cannot simply be edited. Manual matching or recovery may be needed, and recovery is not guaranteed.
If your wallet still shows the transfer as pending, check its status with the wallet provider before sending anything again.
