Before you start
If you start in a partner app or website, your receiving address may already be filled in based on the wallet you selected there. You do not need to enter it again. If Ramp Network asks for an address, use a receiving address from your own wallet that supports the selected crypto asset and network.
Buy crypto
Start a purchase in the app or website you are using and choose Ramp Network when offered. You can also start at ramp.network/buy.
Choose the crypto asset and network, then enter the amount you want to spend or receive.
Sign in or confirm your email if prompted. Read and accept the terms presented to you.
Check the receiving wallet. If the address is already filled in from the partner app or website, continue with that destination. If Ramp Network asks for an address, select a saved wallet or add the receiving address under Your wallet.
Choose an available payment method. Provide billing details and complete identity verification if requested.
Review the receiving wallet, network, amount and fees. Follow the payment instructions to complete your purchase.
Once the purchase is complete, the crypto is sent to the selected external wallet. Check Transaction history to follow its progress.
Which payment methods can I use?
Choose from the methods shown for your purchase. The available methods depend on your location, currency and transaction.

For a bank transfer, use the payment instructions for that transaction, including the exact amount and reference. Creating a purchase does not itself send a manual bank transfer.
Where will I receive my crypto?
Your crypto goes to the receiving wallet selected for the purchase. If you started in a partner app or website, this may be the wallet you selected there. You do not need the Ramp Network mobile app to receive the purchase.
What if my purchase has not arrived?
Open the purchase in Transaction history and check its status before making another payment. If the crypto has been sent, compare the destination address and network with your external wallet.
