My payout has not arrived after selling crypto

Open your transaction receipt or status page first. A sale has two parts: Ramp Network must receive and confirm your crypto, then send your payout. Bank or card processing time comes after those initial steps.

You’ll usually receive your payout within minutes to 2 business days, depending on the payout method and your location.

Find your sale

Sign in with the email used for the sale, open your profile and select Transaction history, then choose the sale. You can also use the receipt link from your Ramp Network confirmation email. Check your spam folder if needed.

How long can the payout take?

Use the estimate shown for your transaction. These are indicative processing times, not guaranteed arrival times:

Payout method

What to expect

ACH bank transfer in the US

Up to 3 business days

RTP bank transfer in the US

As fast as 2 minutes, but allow up to 2 hours after Ramp Network sends the payout

Standard SEPA bank transfer

Up to 3 business days from when Ramp Network sends the payout

SEPA Instant

Can arrive within seconds or minutes

SPEI bank transfer in Mexico

Can arrive in around 30 seconds

Eligible Fast Funds card

Usually less than 30 minutes

Other supported cards

Up to 2 business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These can extend standard bank and card processing. Instant networks can operate outside business hours, but crypto confirmation, extra checks or a technical issue can still delay the sale.

The transaction is waiting for my crypto

Check your sending wallet for a transfer hash and confirm the transfer was actually sent. Compare its asset, network, amount and address with the transaction instructions.

If the transfer is pending on the blockchain, wait for confirmation or check with your wallet provider. If it is confirmed but Ramp Network has not matched it, contact support with the transfer hash. Do not send it again.

My crypto arrived, but the payout is processing

Check your email, including spam, for a verification or information request. Additional checks can extend processing, and some cases take longer than the normal payout estimate. Complete the requested steps through the official transaction flow.

The payout is marked complete, but I cannot see it

Check the bank account or card selected for the sale and allow the receiving provider’s processing time. A completed payout may not appear as a separate incoming bank transfer if it was sent to a card. Ask your bank or card issuer to check for the payment.

When should I contact support?

Contact Ramp Network support if the estimate for your method has passed, your crypto transfer is confirmed but not recognized, or the payout details appear incorrect. Include the transaction ID, transfer hash and what the status page says. Never send your recovery phrase, private key or full card details.
