Why is my payout different from the quote?

The amount shown when you start a sale is an indicative quote. Your final payout can differ because of the crypto exchange rate, the amount received and the fees that apply.

The crypto price changed

Your initial quote is an estimate. The exchange rate is fixed when Ramp Network receives and registers your crypto transfer. Network confirmations and other checks may still be required before your payout is sent.

Prices can rise or fall before Ramp Network receives and registers your transfer. Send using the current transaction instructions, but do not rush past the address and network checks.

The fees are different

Review the fee breakdown and final receipt. The payout method affects the fee, and some wallets or websites add a partner fee. A minimum fee may apply to smaller transactions.

Also check whether your sending wallet deducted a withdrawal fee from the crypto amount you intended to send.

My bank credited less than the receipt shows

Your bank or card provider may charge for an international payment or currency conversion. Compare the currency and amount on the receipt with the amount credited, then ask the provider whether it deducted a charge.

I still cannot explain the difference

Contact Ramp Network support with your transaction ID, quoted amount, final receipt amount and amount credited. Explain which figures differ. If you share a bank record, hide unrelated transactions and sensitive account information.

The initial quote, the final payout on the receipt and the amount credited after bank charges are different things; comparing all three helps identify where the difference arose.
