Pay by manual bank transfer
Choose the bank-transfer payment method when buying crypto through Ramp Network.
Open the payment instructions for that purchase.
In your banking app, enter the Recipient and Bank account number (IBAN) or Bank account number exactly as shown. Include the SWIFT code or Sort code if requested.
Copy the Payment Reference or Title, and send the exact Amount in the stated currency from an account in your own name.
Return to your Ramp Network purchase to check its status. Keep your bankās payment confirmation.
Creating the purchase does not send money from your bank. Use the details for the current purchase, not saved details or a reference from an earlier one.
Pay through a bank connection
If a bank-connected option is offered, select your bank and follow the prompts to connect and authorize the payment. Check that you have enough funds for the payment and any charges your bank applies.
If your bank is not listed, choose another offered payment method. A missing bank connection does not automatically mean your bankās card or a manual transfer is unsupported.
I used the wrong reference or amount
Do not send another payment to correct it. A missing or incorrect reference can prevent the transfer from being matched to your purchase.
For a GBP transfer, contact Ramp Network support with the purchase ID, reference you used and a PDF payment confirmation. Screenshots are not accepted under the existing payment-confirmation process.
For a EUR transfer, the existing guidance says an unmatched reference or amount may result in an automatic bank return, typically within 3ā10 business days. Contact your bank if the money has not returned within that estimate, and contact Ramp Network support if you need help locating the purchase.
My purchase expired after I sent the transfer
Contact Ramp Network support with the transaction ID and bank confirmation. Do not pay the expired purchase again or assume a new purchase will automatically receive the first payment.
How long does it take?
A transfer may arrive quickly if supported by the banks involved, but standard transfers can take several business days. Weekends, holidays, bank processing and additional checks can delay completion. The bank transfer arriving and crypto being delivered are separate stages.
