I paid but cannot complete address verification
If you cannot provide the requested address document or do not want to continue, contact Ramp Network support about the paid purchase. The existing policy provides a refund when required address verification cannot be completed. Do not create another purchase to avoid the check.
Refund approval and the money reaching your bank are separate steps. Check your purchase status and refund confirmation for the next update.

Read the refund update and any processing estimate shown.
Check the account or card used for the payment.
How long does a refund take?
The published estimates for purchase refunds are:
Manual bank transfer, outside Germany: typically 2ā3 business days.
Manual bank transfer, Germany: allow 6ā8 business days.
Card or Apple Pay: usually up to 10 business days, depending on the card issuer.
Check the transaction page for information specific to your refund. These estimates are not a guarantee that every refund will arrive within the same period.
What if the refund has not arrived?
If Ramp Network has sent the refund and the estimated time has passed, contact your bank or card issuer first. If they cannot resolve it, contact Ramp Network Support with the transaction ID.
If the transaction page does not confirm that a refund has been sent, contact Ramp Network Support to check its status rather than assuming the bank is already processing it.
What currency is refunded?
Ramp Network issues the refund in the currency used for the payment. Check the payment currency in your transaction details.
If your bank converts the refund into a different account currency, exchange-rate changes or bank fees can affect the credited amount. Compare the payment currency and refund currency before treating a difference as a missing refund.
Why might a purchase be refunded?
A purchase may be refunded if it cannot meet the service requirements, the payment account name does not match the verified name, or required identity verification is not completed. Check your transaction update for the reason that applies to your purchase.
Can a completed crypto purchase be refunded?
Once the crypto has been delivered to the destination wallet, Ramp Network cannot reverse the blockchain transfer to refund the purchase.
If you suspect a scam, contact Ramp Network Support and your local authorities. Never share your recovery phrase or private key.
Can support provide a refund document in chat?
Refund confirmations or official documents are not provided through chat. Check your transaction page and contact support if you need help understanding the refund status.
