Which payment methods can I use?
Depending on your purchase, you may see:
Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards.
Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Bank transfer, including manual transfers and bank-connected payment options.
Pix for supported purchases in Brazil.
PayPal for supported purchases in the UK only.
Not every method is available for every purchase. The options shown for your transaction reflect its currency, location and availability.
Which cards are supported?
Ramp Network supports Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. This also applies to the card used through Apple Pay or Google Pay.
American Express, Diners Club, prepaid cards and gift cards are not supported. Use a card in your own name.
Why canāt I see Apple Pay or Google Pay?
The payment service must be supported in your country as well as available for your Ramp Network purchase. If it is not offered, choose another payment method shown for the transaction.
Can I pay from someone elseās account?
Use a bank account or card that belongs to you and matches the name on your verification documents. A payment from someone elseās account can prevent the purchase from being completed.
What is the difference between bank-transfer options?
With a manual bank transfer, you send the payment from your banking app using the details and reference supplied for your purchase. Starting a purchase does not send that payment for you.
With a bank-connected payment option, follow the prompts to connect to your bank and authorize the payment. If your bank is not listed, choose another available method.
Why is a payment method unavailable or greyed out?
Only the methods available for your purchase can be selected. Availability may differ by location, currency and the app or website where you started.
Choose another offered method. If an option appears greyed out in a partner app and you need help, contact Ramp Network support with the appās name, its website link and the message you see. Do not change your country or identity details to bypass a restriction.
What happens if the payment is from someone elseās account?
A name mismatch can lead to additional checks or a refund to the originating account. Do not send a second payment to try to fix the mismatch. Contact support about the existing purchase.
How do I compare fees and delivery times?
Review the fees and any estimate shown for your purchase before paying. Payment arrival and delivery of crypto are separate stages; verification and blockchain processing can also affect the total time.
