Read the message shown in Ramp Network and any email about your account. A request to complete verification is different from a notice that transaction services are no longer available.
If you are asked for more information, follow the instructions in that request. If the next step is unclear, Contact Ramp Network support with your account email, the message you see and any affected transaction ID.
A restriction can relate to eligibility, payment ownership, prohibited use or legal requirements. Use only a payment method that belongs to you and is in your name. Do not create another account or hide your location to get around a restriction. The Terms of Service explain the conditions for using Ramp Network.
If your account has been terminated, support cannot reactivate it or provide the reasons behind the termination decision. Contacting support does not guarantee that a restriction will be removed.
What happens to a transaction already in progress?
For a transaction started before access was removed, Ramp Network returns the relevant money or crypto unless legal or regulatory requirements prevent this.
Contact support about the specific transaction and follow any instructions needed to arrange an eligible refund.
Refund timing depends on the transaction and return method. See Check a refund for your crypto purchase or When will my crypto be refunded after a failed sale?.
UK risk assessment
If your risk assessment shows a waiting period, return when its countdown ends and follow the options shown. If transaction services are no longer available, contact support about the notice. A temporary wait and a permanent account restriction are different outcomes.
