Provide your tax identification details

When Ramp Network asks for tax details, enter the country or countries where you are tax resident and the tax identification number requested for each. Tax residency can differ from citizenship or where you are currently staying.

Your tax identification number is issued or recognized by the relevant tax authority. Its name and format vary by country. Check an official tax document or your tax authority's guidance if you are unsure.

Before selecting Confirm, review Personal details, Residency and Tax identification on Confirm your details. Use Edit where offered to correct a mistake. Some flows also request National identification.

If the form says your number does not look correct, check that you selected the right country and entered the number in the required format. Do not substitute an unrelated number. If you do not have a number, or need to correct details after submission, Contact Ramp Network support for the next step.

Tax information is separate from identity verification and may be requested even after your identity is verified. Ramp Network collects it to meet applicable tax-reporting requirements.

Providing these details does not file a tax return for you or calculate what you owe. Keep your transaction records and seek guidance from your tax authority or a qualified adviser about your own obligations.
