These terms set out how the Ramp Network Referral Program, the “Referral Program”, works. These terms and the Referral Program are provided entirely at the discretion of Ramp Network, with any rewards, compensation or benefits as specified below or from time to time. These terms and the Referral Program may be varied or removed by Ramp Network at any time.
By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and you enter into an agreement with Ramp Swaps (Ireland) Limited, a company incorporated in Ireland, with a registered office at 6th Floor, 2 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, DO2 A342, Ireland, “Ramp Network”.
The Referral Program is offered by Ramp Network to selected Ramp Network customers based on criteria as determined and advised by Ramp Network from time to time.
If eligible, you participate in the Referral Program by sharing your referral code with another person or by entering a valid referral code shared with you during Ramp Network app onboarding.
Referral rewards are only available for completed qualifying referrals. A referral is a qualifying referral only where the referred customer has entered a valid referral code, completed KYC, and made their first transaction, together with any other requirements set out by Ramp Network from time to time.
Referral rewards are one-off rewards and will not be repeated for the same qualifying referral. Ramp Network may apply limits to the number, amount, timing, or availability of referral rewards.
Where a referral reward is earned, this will be paid in USDC on Base to your Ramp Network wallet once the qualifying referral has been confirmed and the reward has been processed by Ramp Network. Ramp Network is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of a referral reward once sent by Ramp Network. Ramp Network may vary the amount, method, and timing of any such referral reward payments at any time.
Ramp Network reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Referral Program and its terms without notice and at any time.
Ramp Network is not responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, incorrectly entered, invalid, or otherwise unsuccessful referral codes or referral entries. Ramp Network does not assume responsibility for technical issues, software failures, or any errors that occur during participation in the Referral Program. In no event will Ramp Network, its affiliates, or its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Referral Program or use of Ramp Network's services.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you fulfil all applicable tax obligations in your country of residence with respect to any remuneration or benefits received.
By accepting any remuneration, you confirm that such acceptance does not violate any anti-corruption laws or regulations in your country of residence.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Participants agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Ireland for any disputes arising from these terms.
If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These terms and the Referral Program are subject to the general Terms and Conditions governing Ramp Network's wider services, see Terms of Service IRE, and in the event of any conflict between them the general Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
