What fees make up the total?
Processing fee: Ramp Networkâs fee for completing the purchase.
Network fee: The cost of transferring crypto to your wallet. It can change with network conditions.
Partner fee: An additional fee set by an integration partner, where applicable. Not every partner charges one.
The breakdown shows how much of the payment is used to buy crypto and the total charged by Ramp Network. Your bank may charge separately for currency conversion, international payments or card use.
What are the standard processing fees?
The published standard schedule lists these indicative upper rates for purchases directly through Ramp Network:
Manual bank transfer: up to 1.40%.
Easy Bank Transfer: up to 2.40%.
Card payments in USD, EUR or GBP: up to 3.9%.
Card payments in other currencies: up to 5.45%.
Pix: up to 2.90%.
Apple Pay and Google Pay: the rate for the underlying card.
The schedule also lists a minimum-fee component of up to âŹ2.49 or its local equivalent. The quote for your purchase takes priority: pricing can differ by region, asset, partner agreement or promotion. These processing rates do not replace the network and applicable partner-fee breakdown. For PayPal, review the fee shown in the quote.
Why might the final crypto amount differ from the first quote?
The initial quote can be indicative. Under the published floating-rate model, the exchange rate is determined when Ramp Network receives the payment, rather than when the purchase was first created. A price change during that interval can mean receiving more or less crypto.
Faster payment does not guarantee an unchanged price. Compare the completed transactionâs crypto amount, exchange rate and fees with your receiptânot only with an earlier screen.
My bank charged a different amount
Check whether your bank applied a separate charge or converted the payment into your account currency. Ask your bank about its charges. If the Ramp Network receipt itself looks incorrect, contact support with the transaction ID and the discrepancy.
