When asked for proof of address, submit an official document that shows where you live. It must be in your name and match the name on your identity document.
Choose a document
Accepted documents include:
Bank, debit-card or credit-card statements.
Utility bills, including internet, cable TV or landline bills.
Tax returns or council tax bills.
Government-issued residence certificates.
A recent payslip or payroll statement from your current employer.
Use a document issued within the last three months. It must show your full name, complete residential address, issue date and the issuer's name or logo. A bank statement must contain at least one transaction.
Screenshots, mobile phone bills, medical bills, purchase receipts, insurance statements and handwritten documents are not accepted. A family member's document is not accepted, even if you share the same address.
Can I use an ID or driver's license as proof of address?
Yes, if it shows your address and you completed identity verification using a passport or a different government-issued ID. The document must be valid and unexpired. Do not use the same document for both identity and address verification.
Submit it clearly
Upload a PDF or a clear photo of the full document. Keep all details visible and readable; do not crop or cover them. If you do not receive paper statements, download the original PDF from the issuer.
The document must be at least partly in the Latin alphabet, with the required details readable in Latin or Cyrillic. Do not use the same document for both identity and address verification. Complete any identity and selfie-video steps requested alongside proof of address.
If your document was rejected
Check its date, name, full address, document type and image quality against these requirements. Follow the reason shown in the verification flow and submit a corrected document if a retry is offered.
If you have no suitable document or no option to retry, Contact Ramp Network support before submitting an alternative.
