To change the email address linked to your Ramp Network account, Contact Ramp Network support before creating another account. Include your current account email and explain that you want to use a different address.
If you no longer have access to your current email, say so in the request. Support will explain the checks and options available for your account.
Ramp Network allows one active account per customer. Do not create a second account to bypass a restriction.
Ask support to deactivate your current account. For this process, your identity must be verified on the existing account and the account must not be locked. Once support confirms deactivation, you can create a new account using your new email address by making a transaction with it.
A replacement account is separate; do not expect transaction history, saved details or verification to transfer.
If you use a self-custodial wallet in the Ramp Network app, tell support before proceeding and make sure you understand how you will access any remaining funds. Do not assume a new account will restore access to your existing wallet.
A locked account cannot be made eligible again by changing its email address. Account deactivation also does not immediately erase records that must be kept under legal requirements. See the Privacy Policy.
