If you cannot access that email, explain this when you contact support. You may need to verify your identity so the request can be handled securely.
A privacy request and account closure are separate actions. Closing your account stops access to that account; it does not immediately erase every transaction or verification record.
Some information must be retained to meet legal and regulatory obligations. The information that can be deleted, and when, depends on those requirements and the applicable privacy rules.
