Make a swap
Open Swap, or select an asset and choose Swap when the action is available.
Choose the asset and network you are swapping from and the asset and network you want to receive.
Enter the amount.
Check the funding wallet, receiving destination, exchange rate, estimated amount and fees.
Follow the instructions to authorize or fund the swap.
Use the network shown in the transaction instructions. A watched wallet in Portfolio cannot authorize a swap: use the wallet that controls those funds when a transfer is required.
Why is Swap unavailable?
Swaps are not available in the European Union (EU). Outside the EU, availability depends on your location, the supported asset pair and the options offered to your account. Being able to hold or receive a token does not mean you can swap it.
If the app shows that swaps are unavailable, follow that message. Updating the app does not guarantee eligibility. Do not change your residence details to bypass a restriction.
My swap is pending or failed
Open the transaction details and check whether a transfer or another action is still required. If you have already sent crypto, do not send it again solely because the balance has not updated.
Keep the transaction ID and, if available, the blockchain transaction hash. Contact Ramp Network support if the status is unclear or an error prevents you from continuing.
Review the final quote before confirming. Market movements can change the rate and amount between an earlier preview and the transaction.
