The available payout methods depend on your location, currency and transaction.
To transfer crypto to another wallet without selling it, use Send.
Withdraw from your Ramp Network Wallet
Open the wallet or asset you want to withdraw from.
Select Withdraw when it is available.
Enter the amount and choose an available payout method.
Complete any requested verification.
Review the crypto being sold, its network, the payout details, amount and fees.
Follow the app's instructions to authorize and complete the transaction.
For your Everyday Account, check that the selected holding is USDC on Stellar. If you want to sell existing Base assets, select the Base holding.
Use Sell
Open Sell, choose the asset and follow the flow for its funding source and payout method. If instructed to send crypto, use the exact asset, network, address and amount shown for that transaction.
A token appearing in Portfolio does not guarantee it can be sold through Ramp Network. A watched external wallet is read-only; any required transfer from it must be approved in the wallet that controls those funds.
Track your payout
Check Transaction history in your account. A crypto transfer and the arrival of your bank payout are different stages, so use the sale's status to check progress.
If the expected payout has not arrived, contact Ramp Network support with the transaction ID and payout method. Do not make another sale to try to resolve the first one.
