Why is Swap missing or unavailable?
Buying or selling a token does not mean every swap involving it is supported. Your location, account and selected asset pair may affect availability.
Swaps are not available in the European Union (EU). Other services may still be available, but each has its own eligibility requirements. Changing the network or entering a different country is not a way to bypass the restriction.
Can I swap between different networks?
Use only the source and destination combinations offered in checkout. Check Source network and Destination network as well as the token names.
Your sending wallet must support the source asset and network. Your receiving wallet must support the destination asset and network. If you enter the same address for both, confirm support for each network with your wallet provider.
What are the costs?
Review the fee breakdown before confirming. It shows the crypto you send, any listed fees and the estimated Total payout in the destination crypto. A fiat value shown beside an amount is a reference value, not a bank payout.
Your sending wallet may charge a separate network or withdrawal fee. Make sure this does not reduce the amount you are asked to send. Fees and exchange rates can affect the output, and a promotion does not necessarily cover a separate fee charged by your wallet or blockchain.
Do not assume a swap is free because both tokens have a similar fiat value. Check the actual crypto amounts and all fees shown.
Is the quoted amount guaranteed?
Treat the amount as an estimate unless the transaction explicitly states otherwise. The final result can be affected by the amount received and applicable pricing. Send the requested amount and review the final transaction details.
