These terms set out how the Ramp Network Reward Program the (“Reward Program”) works. These terms and the Reward Program are provided entirely at the discretion of Ramp Network, with any rewards, compensation or benefits as specified below or from time to time. These terms and the Reward Program may be varied or removed by Ramp Network at any time.
By participating in the Reward Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and you enter into an agreement with Ramp Swaps LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with a registered office at 333 S. E. 2nd Avenue, Suite 2000, Miami, FL 33131 (“Ramp Network”).
The Reward Program is offered by Ramp Network to selected Ramp Network customers based on criteria as determined and advised by Ramp Network from time to time.
If eligible, you participate in the Reward Program automatically by undertaking the actions set out from time to time as being needed to be completed to earn a reward.
Rewards are only available for completed actions, and one-off rewards will not be repeated once the relevant actions have been completed once.
Where a reward is earned, this will be paid in USDC on Base to your Ramp Network wallet once you have successfully claimed the relevant reward via the Reward section of the Ramp Network app. Ramp Network is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of a Reward once sent by Ramp Network . Ramp Network may vary the amount, method and timing of any such reward payments at any time.
Ramp Network reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Reward Program and its terms without notice and at any time.
Ramp Network is not responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, or otherwise illegible entries into the Reward Program. Ramp Network does not assume responsibility for technical issues, software failures, or any errors that occur during participation in the Reward Program. In no event will Ramp Network, its affiliates, or its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Reward Program or use of Ramp Network’s services.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you fulfill all applicable tax obligations in your country of residence with respect to any remuneration or benefits received.
By accepting any remuneration, you confirm that such acceptance does not violate any anti-corruption laws or regulations in your country of residence.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of New York, United States. Participants agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in New York County, New York for any disputes arising from these terms.
If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These terms and the Reward Program are subject to the general Terms and Conditions governing Ramp Network’s wider services (see: Terms of Service US], and in the event of any conflict between them the general Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
