I have not sent the crypto
You can leave the transaction without sending it. An unpaid sale expires automatically. If you need different sale or payout details, start a new transaction and use its instructions.
Do not send to an expired transaction or reuse the original payment details for a new sale.
I already sent the crypto
You cannot cancel or edit a blockchain transfer through Ramp Network. A sale in progress cannot be treated as an unpaid transaction, and a completed payout cannot simply be recalled. Contact support promptly if something is wrong, but do not assume the transfer or sale can be stopped.
My sale failed
A sale can fail because the receiving bank or card cannot accept the payout, because payout ownership details do not match, or because of a technical issue.
If you sent crypto and received an email from Ramp Network confirming that your sale failed, your transaction is already being processed for a refund. You do not need to submit a separate refund request. Follow any instructions in the email if more information is needed. Do not send another payment to the failed transaction.
If your wallet never sent the crypto, there is no completed crypto transfer for Ramp Network to refund. If your wallet shows a confirmed transfer but the transaction page does not recognize it, contact support with the transfer hash.
Can I try again?
First check the reason for the failure and resolve any problem with the payout method, account name or transfer details. If you create another sale, use the new transactionâs instructions.
A refund for the first sale is separate from a new sale. Do not rely on an expected refund as an available balance until it has reached your wallet.
