If you use Ramp Network in the UK, you may need to read risk warnings, answer questions about your investor profile and complete a crypto risk assessment before buying.
Read each question and answer accurately for your own circumstances. Choose an investor category only if you meet the description shown. Completing these checks does not make crypto a safe investment or guarantee that a transaction will be approved.
Complete the assessment
On Test your crypto risk knowledge, select Continue and answer the questions. If you need to try again, use the learning material offered before selecting Retake the assessment.
After 3 failed assessments, you must wait 24 hours before trying again. Follow the countdown shown on screen. After 5 failed assessments in total, you cannot retake the assessment and transaction services are restricted. Do not create another account to avoid a waiting period or restriction.
Wait after registration
A first-time customer may also need to complete a cooling-off period before a purchase can proceed, even after passing the test. This is separate from a wait before retaking a failed assessment.
Check the countdown and return time shown in Ramp Network. After the waiting period ends, return to the purchase and follow any remaining steps.
If you cannot continue
If you see Your profile does not meet legal requirements, read the message and use Retake the questionnaire only if it is offered and you need to correct your answers.
If the waiting period has ended but you still cannot continue, or you see a notice that transaction services are no longer available, Contact Ramp Network support. Include the message and the time displayed. Support cannot promise eligibility or remove a permanent restriction.
