Receive crypto in your Ramp Network Wallet

To receive crypto, give the sender the receiving details for the exact asset and network you want to use.

Receive from another wallet

  1. Open the asset or wallet in the Ramp Network app and choose Receive.

  2. Check the asset and network shown.

  3. Copy the receiving address or share its QR code, together with any additional details shown.

  4. Ask the sender to use that same network.

  5. Check the selected wallet's Activity and balance after the transfer.

You may need to create or add the relevant wallet before receiving assets such as Bitcoin or Solana. Use receiving details generated by the app for that wallet.

USDC on Stellar and USDC on Base are different network holdings. Your Everyday Account uses Stellar; an existing Base balance remains on Base. Do not use an address from one network as instructions for another.

Receive from a contact or payment link

An accepted contact can use your username where that transfer option is available. Both people need a Ramp Network Wallet and an accepted connection.

For a payment link, open the link and follow the Ramp Network app's setup and claim instructions. Never give the sender your passkey, recovery phrase or authentication code.

The transfer is complete but I cannot see it

Check the transaction's receiving address, network and token against your wallet. A successful blockchain transfer does not guarantee that the app displays that token.

Contact Ramp Network support with the transaction hash, network and receiving address if the holding is still missing. Do not send another transfer just to test whether the first one arrived.
