Make a purchase
Open Buy in the Ramp Network app.
Choose the crypto asset and network, then enter the amount you want to spend.
Choose an available payment method.
Follow the receiving-wallet step. Check that the destination address supports the selected asset on the selected network.
Complete verification if requested.
Review the destination, amount and fees, then confirm and follow the payment instructions.
Only use an address you can access and intend to fund. The same token can exist on several networks; a matching token name is not enough.
Where will my crypto appear?
The purchase is delivered to the external wallet selected for the transaction. It does not automatically add to the spendable balance of your Ramp Network Wallet.
If you track that external wallet in Portfolio, its supported holdings may also appear there. Tracking the wallet does not give the Ramp Network app permission to send its funds.
I cannot find an asset or payment method
Available choices depend on your location, the asset and the transaction. Use the options offered in the purchase flow.
If you have paid but cannot see the crypto, check Transaction history, then compare the receiving address and network with the external wallet you are checking. Contact Ramp Network support with the transaction ID if you still need help.
