Offer Terms and Conditions (EU)
1. Offer overview
This promotion is offered by Ramp Swaps (Ireland) Limited ("Ramp Network"), for full details about us please see our full terms of service as referenced in section 10 below.
Subject to the terms below, Ramp Network is offering a 50% discount on transaction fees for an eligible user’s first two qualifying transactions made through the Ramp Network mobile app.
The discount will be applied automatically to the relevant transactions if all eligibility conditions are met.
2. Promotion period
The promotion is currently available from 4 February 2026 at 15:00 (GMT) until 4 March 2026 at 14:59 (GMT), but may be ended earlier by Ramp Network at any time.
Ramp Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promotion at any time.
3. Eligibility
User eligibility
To be eligible, you must:
– be a registered and authenticated Ramp Network user in the EU
– complete an eligible transaction, as described below, using the Ramp Network mobile app
– comply with any legal and compliance requirements specified from time to time
The offer is not available to guest or pre-login users nor for certain integrations or partners.
4. Eligible transactions
The offer applies to the first two of following transaction types completed in the Ramp Network mobile app:
– on-ramp transactions (buying crypto)
– off-ramp transactions (selling crypto)
Only successfully completed transactions qualify.
The offer does not apply to:
– failed, cancelled, or rejected transactions
– transactions made outside the Ramp Network mobile app
– transactions where the promotion is not enabled for the relevant integration or partner
5. How the discount works
The offer applies to your first two eligible transactions, with the 50% discount applying to transaction fees only.
Spreads, exchange rates, and other costs are not discounted.
The discount is calculated based on the original fee amount and will be displayed in the transaction summary before confirmation.
After two eligible transactions are completed, the offer will no longer apply to any subsequent transactions you may make.
6. Completed Transactions
A transaction will be eligible for the offer, and count towards the two transaction limit, if:
– the transaction is successfully completed, and
– the crypto-asset which is the subject of the transaction is delivered to the destination wallet.
Only completed transactions count toward the two-transaction limit.
7. User grouping and abuse prevention
Ramp Network reserves the right to withhold or revoke the promotion where fraud, abuse, or attempts to circumvent the promotion rules are detected or in any other situations Ramp Network deems appropriate.
8. No cash value or liability
The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or any other type of asset, and is only applicable to relevant transaction fees.
Ramp accepts no liability in relation to your participation in or exclusion from the offer.
9. Changes to the offer
Ramp Network reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer or amend these terms at any time.
Continued use of Ramp Network services after changes are publication shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
