1. Offer overview
Ramp Swaps Ltd, Ramp Swaps (Ireland) Ltd and Ramp Swaps LLC (“Ramp”, “Ramp Network”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is offering a limited-time promotion that provides reduced transaction fees for certain wallet top-up transactions completed using Apple Pay or Google Pay through the Ramp Network mobile application.
These Terms explain how the promotions work and what it means for you. Subject to the terms below, eligible users may receive a reduced processing fee when completing qualifying transactions using Apple Pay or Google Pay. Where applicable, the discount will be applied automatically and may be displayed within the Ramp Network application. Participation in this promotion is determined by Ramp Network at its sole discretion. By taking part in this promotion and completing a transaction under the promotional pricing, you agree to these Terms.
2. Promotion period
The promotion will begin on 09-Mar-2026 and will continue until the earliest of the following:
fourteen (14) days after the promotion start date;
technical, operational, or regulatory considerations;
changes to payment-method availability;
the promotional budget in fee reductions of USD $10,000 (or equivalent) has been reached; or
the promotion is paused or terminated by Ramp Network.
Ramp Network reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion at any time.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for this promotion, you must:
be a registered and verified Ramp Network user;
use the Ramp Network mobile application;
be located in a jurisdiction where the promotion is available (including the United States, Ireland, and selected EU countries);
be selected as part of the promotional cohort determined by Ramp Network; and
complete an eligible wallet top-up transaction using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
If you are not selected, you will continue to see standard pricing and the usual payment method order. Eligibility is determined automatically by Ramp Network systems and may vary between users. Ramp may change eligibility criteria at any time.
4. Eligible transactions
The promotion applies only to wallet top-up transactions completed:
through the Ramp Network mobile application; and
using Apple Pay or Google Pay as the payment method.
The promotion does not apply to:
transactions made using debit or credit cards;
manual bank transfers or other payment methods;
transactions made outside the Ramp Network mobile application;
failed, cancelled, or rejected transactions; or
transactions where the promotion is not enabled.
Only successfully completed transactions qualify for the promotional fee.
5. Promotional fee
During the promotion period, eligible transactions may receive a reduced processing fee.
The promotional fee structure is as follows:
Apple Pay | 3.5% | 2% |
Google Pay | 3.5% | 2% |
The promotional discount applies only to Ramp Network processing fees. The promotional fee has no cash value and cannot be transferred, redeemed, or applied outside the promotion.
Other charges are not discounted and may still apply, including but not limited to:
exchange rates and spreads;
blockchain network fees;
third-party payment provider fees.
Where available, the Ramp Network application may display the original fee, the discounted fee, and the estimated savings for the selected transaction amount. Any savings displayed are estimates and may vary depending on transaction conditions.
6. Promotional display
Eligible users may see promotional messaging within the Ramp Network application highlighting the reduced fee. This may include:
banners promoting lower fees for Apple Pay or Google Pay;
indicators showing reduced pricing within the payment method picker;
estimated savings for the selected transaction amount; or
updated confirmation screens showing the discounted fee
a transaction summary that highlights the savings
The appearance and placement of these promotional elements may vary and are not guaranteed.
7. Experimentation and user grouping
This promotion forms part of a product owned by Ramp Network. Apple Pay and Google Pay availability depends on your device, operating system, browser, and region. Ramp does not guarantee that these payment methods—or the promotional pricing—will be available for every transaction. Some users may receive the promotional pricing and related UI messaging, while others may continue to see standard pricing. Group assignment is determined automatically and cannot be changed by the user.
8. Abuse prevention
Ramp Network reserves the right to monitor participation in the promotion.
Ramp Network may withhold, suspend, or revoke the promotional discount where:
fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected;
a user attempts to manipulate the promotion;
attempts to exploit the promotional pricing through automated or excessive transactions;
repeated top-ups followed by immediate transfers of stablecoins to external wallets; or
Ramp Network reasonably believes the promotion is being misused.
Ramp Network retains sole discretion in determining whether such activity has occurred. Ramp may remove users from the promotion, reverse promotional benefits, or take other action if misuse is detected.
9. No cash value
The promotional discount:
has no cash value;
cannot be transferred or exchanged;
cannot be redeemed for cash or other assets; and
applies only to Ramp Network transaction fees.
The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
10. Changes to the promotion
Ramp Network reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes to promotions might include, but are not limited to:
the promotional fee
the UI elements
eligibility criteria
the duration or scope of the experiment
Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication or implementation within the Ramp Network services.
Continued use of Ramp Network services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ramp is not responsible for losses arising from participation in the promotion, including:
payment failures caused by third-party payment providers;
technical issues affecting Apple Pay, Google Pay, or supported devices;
delays caused by payment networks or blockchain networks; or
inaccuracies in promotional messaging or estimated savings displayed in the application.
Participation in this promotion does not guarantee that a transaction will be successfully completed.
