What is Ramp Network Rewards?

Ramp Network Rewards is a mission-based program that lets you earn small USDC bonuses for exploring different parts of the Ramp Network app.

As you complete missions, you unlock rewards and track your progress in one place.

How do Rewards work?

Rewards are tied to missions inside the app. When you complete a mission, a reward becomes available for you to claim.

Your progress is saved automatically, so you can come back and continue anytime.

Do I need to complete missions in order?

No. You can complete missions anytime and in any order.

Can more missions be added in the future?

Yes. Ramp Network Rewards is designed to grow over time, and new missions may be added in future updates.

Who can use the Rewards feature?

Rewards are available only to eligible Ramp Network users in supported regions. If you do not see the Rewards section in the app, the feature may not be available to you yet.

How do I claim a reward?

When you complete a mission, a claim button will appear for that reward. Tap it to submit your claim.

Do I need to do anything before claiming rewards?

Yes. You can complete missions before your first top-up, but you need to complete at least one top-up before you can claim any rewards.

How long does claiming take?

After you submit a claim, it may take a few minutes to process. You may see a processing status in the app before the reward is fully added to your Ramp Network wallet.

Do rewards expire?

Yes. Rewards expire 90 days after they are awarded if they have not been claimed.

What happens if I do not claim a reward before it expires?

If a reward expires before you claim it, it will no longer be available to claim.

What happens if my claim does not go through right away?

If a claim cannot be completed immediately, you can retry the claim from the app.

I completed a mission, but I cannot claim the reward

Make sure you have completed at least one top-up. Without that, rewards will stay unavailable even after the mission itself is complete.

I cannot see Rewards in the app

Rewards are available only to eligible users in supported regions. Make sure you are using the latest version of the Ramp Network app.

My reward is still processing

Claims may take a few minutes to process. If your reward is still processing after 5 minutes, contact Support.
